BCCA understands that an inclusive setting is necessary for students with diverse learning challenges and special needs.

In order for them to thrive and develop their potential, it is important that they are provided a safe place, surrounded by a community of people who will show them grace and acceptance encouraging them to purposefully move forward to achieve milestones in their learning journey. The Learning Resource Centre was created to help, mentor, and nurture these types of learners. Through the LRC programs, they are given opportunities to discover and develop their abilities and gifts. By doing so, the school hopes that they will understand God’s perfect plan and that there is no other life better than that which glorifies Him. The number of funded students doubled and the majority of the roster was diagnosed by registered psychologists and specialists. In order to ensure that we are able to service the students in the roster, we try to keep it to a maximum of 2 funded students in a classroom due to limited resources.
