Come and be blessed as we worship together and celebrate the ‘King of Glory’ at our 2025 Middle and High School Christmas Concerts!

Location: Terry Fox Theatre Auditorium – 1260 Riverwood Gate, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 7Z5
Admission: By donation. Tickets are free, but any donation to support our school is gladly welcomed.
Performance Schedule:
Concert 1: 6:15–7:30 PM | Grades 5–7 | Doors open at 6:00 PM
Concert 2: 7:45–9:00 PM | Grades 8–12 | Doors open at 7:40 PM

Tickets & Check-In:
Each family may initially reserve up to 3 tickets by Friday, Dec 12. If you would like additional tickets, please include your request when registering. Any extra tickets will be released after Dec 12.
Note: Performing students do not require tickets.
To ensure a smooth arrival, we will have three check-in lines. Please dress warmly, as lines may extend outdoors. Have your Eventbrite ticket ready—either on your phone or printed—for quick entry. If you have unused tickets, please email community@bccaschool.ca to reassign them.
Student Arrival & Attire:
Students should arrive 30 minutes before their performance. Full school uniform, including dress shoes, is required. Upon arrival, ushers will guide students to their assigned holding rooms.
Guest Seating:
Seating is first-come, first-served. Families with infants or young children are encouraged to sit near the back. We kindly ask that seats not be saved.
Food & Beverage Policy:
Only bottled water is permitted inside the theatre.
Grades 5–7 Students: Room Assignments & Post-Concert Outdoor Pick-Up
Room assignments at Terry Fox and the post-concert outdoor pick-up procedures will be shared by Mrs. Cato.
Volunteering: Please visit OnVolunteers and look for the tasks listed under 2025–2026 MS/HS Christmas Concert – Thursday, December 18th (Middle School and High School “King of Glory” Christmas Concert) We are offering BONUS hours for anyone who can help with Take-down after the concert.
Missions Trip Fundraiser:
During the concert, our High School missions team students will be running the concession to raise funds for their upcoming missions trip. We are grateful for your support!
