BCCA Elementary Christmas Concert

Dear BCCA Families,

Please join us for our Elementary School Christmas Concert, “The Christmas Star”, on Thursday, December 11th at the Fernwood Gym! Our students will share songs and performances celebrating the greatest gift of all—Jesus!

Theme Verse:

Admission by Donation: Admission is free, but we gladly welcome donations to support our school.

Concert Schedule:

Team A (5:45 – 6:30 pm)

Kinder-M
Kinder-S half (Amaia, Zion, Levi, Layla, Micah, Jason, Evelyn)
Gr1-BM
Gr 2-R
Gr 2/3-Z (Catalina Vargas, Sia Park, Nyra Ramwani, Isaac Croos, Matthias Neubert – acting)
Gr 3-FH
Gr 4-K

Call time: 5:30 pm for Team A students to be in classrooms.

Team B (6:45 – 7:30 pm)

Kinder-B
Kinder-S half (Leo, Emily, Jonah, Victoria, Samuil, Ella)
Gr 1BM (Kylie Chong)
Gr 1-H
Gr 2-C
Gr 2/3-Z
Gr 4-D

Call time: 6:30 pm for Team B students to be in classrooms.

There will be a 15-minute intermission between the concerts.

Some families may need to stay for both concerts if they have children in different teams—but it will be well worth watching twice!

Parents,

• Please bring your child(ren) to their classroom at their designated call time. The classroom will serve as a holding area while their class waits to be called onstage.
• Please pick up your child directly after each event.
• Please plan for parking as we anticipate more vehicles coming to the campus for the event.

Tickets
Each family may reserve up to 3 tickets initially by Friday, Dec 5. If you would like additional tickets, please include your request when registering. Extra tickets will be released after Dec 5th.
Note: Performing students do not require tickets.

If you have unused tickets, kindly email us at community@bccaschool.ca so they can be reassigned. Please have your Eventbrite ticket ready on your mobile device or printed for check-in.

Guest Seating
Seating is first-come, first-served. Families with infants or young children are encouraged to sit near the back for convenience. We kindly ask that families refrain from saving seats.

Student Arrival & Attire:
All students are to arrive at the specified call time, wearing full school uniforms with dress shoes, and must proceed directly to their designated classrooms upon arrival.
