Registration Information
We welcome your interest in seeking admission for your child(ren) at British Columbia Christian Academy. Admission to the school is based on the policies outlined as per the attached pages. It is important that you carefully read the Admissions Procedures, Statement of Faith, Parents' Code and the Tuition Policy in the student handbook.
Application forms are available online or you can contact the school secretary by either email at admissions@bcchristianacademy.ca or phone 1-604-941-8426 to request an application form to be sent by mail. The original copy of the signed application form is required so online registration is not offered. An application will not be considered until all documents and information are received.
Following the receipt of your application, you will be notified of an interview date with the Head Principal. The presence of both parents at the interview is required, except under unusual circumstances. Applications for admission in September are accepted 11 months in advance --- the first working day of October in the previous year. Following an interview with the Head Principal, a non-refundable family registration fee must be paid. Once accepted, a 1/2 month tuition fee is due to hold placement for the student. If your child has been placed on a waiting list, a new application is not necessary every year, provided you contact the Admissions Office (in writing) prior to October. If we do not hear from you, we will automatically discard the application. |
